STC develops Saudi STARS!
Riyadh – KSA: Saudi Telecom Corporation, in a drive to improve their overall customer experience, concluded a complete end-to-end development program, for 574 broadband troubleshooting call center agents. "We continue to invest in our teams to ensure that we are giving our clients the best service from STC", commented Eng Saad Dhafer Al Qahtani - STC VP, Home Business Unit.The program was delivered by Potential a leading international business and people development organization, over a 6 month period which involved training, coaching and consulting services. The project helped increase the knowledge of the broadband agents in troubleshooting and customer service skills. The agents underwent extensive assessments, tailored training and one on one coaching on various client situations. "In Potential, our aim is to develop STARS! We have capitalized on our experience with many Fortune 100 clients to put together this tailored development program for STC that will help the agents realize their potential", Said Mr. Shadi Banna - Managing Partner of Potential.
Through the program, 55 STAR Saudi agents were recognized through their exceptional customer treatment and problem resolution. They were honored in the presence of STC’s senior management team where they received Awards for excellence from Eng. Saad Dhafer Al Qahtani – VP, Home Business Unit STC.

The program through STC’s drive to be a client centric organization resulted in a significant increase in broadband customer satisfaction. It was recorded through their client feedback systems. In addition to that the program’s main objective of Successfully solve client problems in the shortest possible time while giving the client a professional and prompt experience was achieved.
